Please provide us information about your VISION insurance and also your MEDICAL insurance. Sometimes a “routine” appointment becomes a medical appointment and we will need to bill your medical insurance instead of your vision plan. We appreciate your understanding and please let us know if you have questions about this as it is confusing for most people.
If a patient has Kaiser Permanente as their medical insurance, our office can NOT bill Kaiser for any medical eye issues. You are welcome to pay out of pocket to be seen here.
